Hi, need your help, please. Is it safe and efficient to use a 12v car battery charger as a Power Supply for long term operation of TWO 12v small car wiper motors?

Is a PC PSU an acceptable alternative. Other recommendations? Thank you in advance for your reply.

Car Battery charger Won’t have the Amps needed

Pc server psu (I think my old ones was HP dps600)
or led psu seem to be a good cheap option.

Usual car chargers don't give voltages if they aren't connected to battery. Are you use those for sim or something else?

Thanks for your reply. Have a couple of older PSUs lying around. Will try them as well. Cheers.

Thanks for your reply. Obviously there are different types of battery chargers. The one I used for a while to test the wiper motors (intended for a 2 DOF sim) worked ok but don't know if suitable for prolonged periods.
Might try a couple of older PSUs lying around. Cheers.
