Team - I've ordered my aluminum profile rig and the parts to build 3 SFX-100 actuators. I am planning to put 2 actuators in the rear and one in the front.

Based on the materials (profiles, hardware, seat and my own body weight), I am calculating the total weight of the rig with me sitting in it at approximately 136-143 kg or 300-310 lbs.

I'm sorry if my search skills are bad, but I cannot find a definitive answer to whether three SFX-100 actuators will perform adequately for this load? Based on what I've been able to find and read, it should work.

Each SFX-100 actuator should be able to lift 160kg by itself. So three of them would be able to lift a lot, but be careful as we are talking about dynamic load with inertia properties and also the load is shifting a bit around to be more for each actuator depending on the pitch or roll values.
