    Hello everyone, I'm working on my G-seat 2.0 using wiper motors and worm gear motors. I'm done with the seat, but now am coming to the software side. I am aware that in Simtools 2.4, I can put "0" in the Tuning Center to negate the negative values (as the flaps don't need the negative values). However, as far as I'm understanding Simtools, I only have (a) and (b) to work with, which means both (a) and (b) will be used to make my flaps negate the negative values ( "a" for the left flap and "b" for the right flap). This works if all I have is the G-seat, but my G-seat is on a 2dof. Is it possible to have separate tuning values for the 2dof somehow? Is it possible to have value "c" somehow so that I can have different tuning values for the 2dof and the G-seat? Or is the only option using individual axis limiting for each motion to somehow adjust for the differences?

    I have tried the SMC3 code for the G-seat that limits negative values, but I get oscillation at center (512), and it doesn't save some of the changes I make with SMC3 utilities.

    try some pid tuning - you should get stable positions

    what potentiometers are you using ? - look at the sm3 util program do you have a stable pot signal

    ok! I think it was the Reverse value --- I had set it to max, but when I put it to "0", it no longer oscillates!
