    Hi All.

It has been a while when I started planning my simulator. Finally, I have time to put it all together. (I think under recent circumstances more people will finish theirs dream projects )

    My Rig plan:

3 Dof with motors at the back
    Frame - Aluminium profile 80/40
Drives - Moto monster H bridge
    Motors – Wheelchair motors 24V
Power supply - 12V server supply HP (should be enough for start)
    Controller - Arduino UNO
Potentiometer - 10K normal (upgrade to hall sensors once they are back in stock)
    Wheel - Thrustmaster Ts300

So far so good, reading the forum and learning as it goes.
Today I have had some movement (its ALIVE!!!!) but its to soon to make a video..

Some photos belowFeel free to make some comments and advises.

    Thanks Noorbeast.
Already prepared some radiators and i am aware of cooling mm's. I was thinking to add radiator on the bottom with the thermal tape and then bigger one on top. I will send some photos tomorrow. In that case i should be able to also cool down the board (underneath). Good idea?

Not sure about MMS, but JRKs can effectively cooled from underneath, here is how @Zed went about it: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/jrk-12v12-overheating.10327/#post-133739

Temporary cooling solution. I am running the rig on PWMmax 200 and its not even warm.
Btw i need to send you a screenshot with my motors parameters because i am not 100% sure if they are correct.

Could someone check my SMC3 settings please.
Why my PMW (yellow line) is so erratic? Is this due to no shield? (at the moment i have a spider connection and no earth.
    Any advice welcomes.

BTW. Nürburgring on AC feels so good. I can't wait to add traction.... :)
    Thanks to everyone!
and bigger Tankst to people who started xsimulator page! RESPECT

A 120 or 180 Hall sensor will give better resolution.

I have chosen this 180 degree sensor

Before I bought a Hall motor, I tested the 10K potentiometer stroke and voltage change. Buy a 300 ° Hall motor in order to simulate a 10K potentiometer. For this, an extra commission was paid.

If I knew that 120 ° and 180 ° were better, I bought this one, and the price is still low.
It's too late to know the news, but you let me learn more.
Thank you teacher for your guidance.

    Hi All,

Its been a while since my last update... live is busy even on the quarantine :)
Since my last visit I have added few mods and finally I am changing now the pots to farnell hall sensors.

Quick question. Do I need to change the code in Arduino to get them to work?
My issue is that after the swap when I start the motors in Smc3 software the motors goes over the limit
(hall sensors are set in the middle before I start ..

    Any ideas?
