Like most sims it's never "finished" but I took a huge step last week when I replaced my SFX-100 actuators with custom 200mm actuators from PT. Custom because they still use the 90st servos from the SFX units. The 200mm are a big change for the better in noise and smoothness.
The top layer is a heavily modified SimLabs P1, the rest I designed myself. Runs off a Thanos controller and SimTools.
You should be able to figure out the rest. YT page shows both actuators in action. https://www.youtube.com/user/Margaritaman
I also have some odds and end details photos on Instagram under the name simulated_motion

    Thanks for the look.

Your rig is awesome, but that header based glass table is a whole other level of being out there!

I don't suppose you took any sound readings for the different actuators, as that would be really interesting.

Thanks! I never expected them to be noticeably quieter so never crossed my mind. Happy to get a few readings on these if that helps.

Ya, that table. Had that glass under the bed for who knows how many years and always told my wife someday. Cruising Ebay one day and for the give away price of $350 there were a set of genuine IndyCar headers. The rest was simple fab work. Now for the turbos..
