    I am not an expert in motors but I am using 2 geared motors

    What gearmotors recommend me to buy for my structure?


    I would like to know how many revolutions per minute I need to enter the engine and at how many rpm output is recommended in my gearbox.

    I ask because in my simulator I have noticed that the movements are very strong and can cause injuries to the body of the person who is mounted

    Before considering to replace the motors, you should consider a redesign of your rig. As suggested by @noorbeast, SimCalc can help you.
    In addition, the following two design aspects are obviously really bad in respect to the required torque:
    1. The distance marked by the yellow arrow in the screenshot below is far too small. This will cause even the strongest motors to stall on large roll angles. (And your roll angle in the video is really large.)
    2. Mounting the levers so far below the center of gravity is also not a good idea. The red arrow shows that you have lowered the mounting position even below the level of your seat.

    If you have a look at other designs, you will see that the yellow distance is usually much larger (maybe about shoulder width), and the vertical mounting position is usually higher, even on compact designs.

    Hi MarkusB, as you can see, I am very new to this, so every day I learn something different.
    As you can see in the simulator, you are right about the distance of each bar going to the engine.

    What do you think of the ibt2?

    Sorry, but I don't know what is the ratio of my gearbox. How can I know the relationship of my gearbox?

    The ibt2 is ok

    Turn the motor till you get a full rotation of the gearbox. Count the number of turns of the motor

    the motor rotates 20 times when the box only makes one complete turn.
    What does that mean?

    your ratio is 20:1 -- your torque is amplified 20 times

    however 20 times is not that strong - ratio of 50:1 is better for a weaker motor

    how long are the lever arms ?

    Hi @RENZOREY18,
    this change looks much more promising to me, because it considerably improves the leverage. Another aspect for reducing the load on the motors is to optimize the position of the universal joint (if you have not already done this).
    When you are sitting on your seat with unmounted motor levers, the moving part should be in balance, which means it should not heavily tilt forward or backward.
    If it tends to tilt forward, you need to mount the u-joint more to the front, and vice versa.

    For finding the balance point, you can also unmount the motors and the u-joint. Then put the moving part of the platform onto a round steel tube, sit down on the seat, and move the platform forward or backward until it is in balance. Then mount the u-joint at the final position of the tube. Do all of this carefully for neither breaking the rig nor your bones.

    Finally, using SimCalc as recommended by @noorbeast enables you to do some valuable calculations for your design.

    In simulators, what is recommended with gearmotors? (50: 1) (60: 1) (100: 1)

    Does that also depend on engine rpm?

    the length of the arm is 9.5cm from the midpoint of the engine to the midpoint of the pivot that supports the structure
