Bug Paid for DIY Version Keep getting invalid email Error - Unable to register

    Hello,

    I am rebuilding my computer and trying to reinstall simtools 2.4 for my DIY project and I keep getting an invalid email address error. When I go to simtools.us to login, it tells me I am not a registered user. Can ANYONE help? I have receipts from paypal and an email from simtools with a product license so this is really confusing.

    Am I going to have to pay an additional $50 for another license because I need to reinstall it?
