I don't think my GTX 1070 will be able to run the pimax but the new Odyssey+ looks like it might be a bit more clearer then the rift and vive?
don't get me wrong i would love to have a pimax 5k+ but trying to weigh out the cost. getting really expensive. i have the rift but to go pimax
beefup my pc more. with a 4790k work with pimax? hmmm?

    I had almost all hmd.

Vive, rift cv1 , odyssey and now odyssey+.

With the oculus touch, I really like them instead the vive wand(design and weight).

Rift is very comfortable , while vive and odyssey gave me little discomforting while racing.

But the higher resolution is the way to go, the odyssey with the simplest setup is amazing.

With the odyssey+ no more sde. And considering the $299 price, it's the best deal imo.

Agree i have the same, the only drawback is the comfort and no way to do motion cancelation.

Pimax may have some draw back, but it's one of the best I tried and owned. Did not try the Odissey.

For you. Others have different needs and uses and other headsets may be best for them. Nothing wrong with being enthusiastic about your headset, but you want to always remember others may have different considerations.

I did a short test with that. Also tried motion cancelation but the tracking is not good enough with motion.

BTW just got the VR cover for the Odyssey+ Highly recommened! ups the comfort level big time

I'm sorry, i don't want to sound rude, but ...
You are stating the obvious... of course FOR ME! I am voicing my opinion and not the public.
I could not care less what other people needs are :p
This is the best HMD on the market (not counting PIMAX - not released yet)
Best PPI and resolution, no SDE...
What other needs do you have, which are diverting from what i wrote ?

You don’t care what other people’s needs are for VR so we’re done.

Mostly we use HTC vive on our VR game machines, but we found that it is better to use Oculus Rift than HTC Vive in some machines. Maybe it is because of the game.
