I have tried assetto Corsa and project cars 2 with motion. Ac I still haven't got the motion settings correct though. Unfortunately I can't get the motion to work with Dirt 4 or dirt rally either. I guess I just have to dedicate some time.

So to answer your question my absolute favorite game so far is Project Cars 2. You can run it in triple screen or VR and it is a blast with motion. My favorite non motion game is wreckfest! So fun

Because Assetto Corsa is so realistic, it is the most fun for me hands down. I like the pure stuff. And if I don't go for realism, just go to a keyboard and Trackmania. Opposite end of the spectrum, but man it can be fun when you want to drive easily!

I always really liked Midnight Club 3 (more of an arcade style racing game) lol.

Does anybody use simulators on arcade style games?

Yeah I do, still love to play GRID2 sometimes. Nice and simple, still good to look at and easy to race with friends.

It depends on a person's definition of "fun" but for arcade style motion I'd have to say racing buggies in Dirt 3 is pure fun.

ps Oh I forgot to mention full platform heave is really imporant though.

For me, iRacing is a ton of fun, but also takes a lot of practice time. Competing against real drivers means you have to deal with lots of mistakes and bone-headed driving by your opponents. There is nothing like being in a tight battle for position against another driver who is driving a clean race.

The burnout games were incredible!! I enjoyed them so much and never did figure out how they made it so enjoyable (it seems difficult to combine the elements that they did?)!

I have tried the older Assetto Corsa and I also have and prefer Project Cars 2 myself and the Superkarts in Project Cars 1 seeing that I raced them a long time ago.

Older Assetto Corsa? You mean, just Assetto Corsa and not Assetto Corsa Competizione? Or do I miss a version?

Dirt 4 works best for me.
Dirt Rally 2.0 just doesn't cut it for me yet.

Dirt rally is a lot of fun like people said here but I have always loved the tuning and driving unlock progression of forza and gran turismo series

How I miss that game. Now that the exhaust and superchips have been installed on the truck, only a few minor mods are left. I'm gonna start my build and start playing again. iRacing and Dirt Rally is on my list as well.
