Great to see your rig is moving, that is always a sense of both accomplishment and relief :thumbs

It does seem like your sway axis is reversed, it should lean away from a corner.

Great you got your prototype sorted, unfortunately your video is unavailable and I suspect may be marked as private instead of public on YoutTube.

After a good time i decide to comeback with my project of a 2dof sim, with a frame in aluminium 2 worm gear motors 25:1, arduino uno, two moto monster shields, two power supplies one for each moto monster and two 10k and 10 turns potentiometers, but the sistem fails, when i sit in the chair the motor over turn and dont come back, this fail happens no matter the configuration, in smc3 or simtools, can this be a fail by design or can be the pots for be of 10 turns?

I suspect you need 40mm Center To Center or less on the levers, particularly with 25:1s, as with a compact design you need to maximise torque, not speed.

The video is not working for me, have you made it public?

Also 40 degrees for levers up and down is about the max range for the effective use of torque, over that and effectiveness drops off rapidly and just strains the motors.

Refining your PID settings may help as well, but sort the design issues out first.

Nice build! I like your compact design. Looking forward to some videos when the fine tuning is done.

After a long time, my 2dof sim comes to life :)
I use the SMC3 Arduino 3DOF Motor Driver and Windows Utilities, thanks @RufusDufus. And thanks @noorbeast for your constant help.
I use two Ibt-2 H bridges and an arduino uno.
My rig is made with 30x30 aluminium profiles.
