Request (Feature) Limit frequency for new posts

    @mear is the latest spammer to demonstrate that you can make multiple useless posts to build up enough coins to then download the packages they want. There should be a limit to the number of new posts that a user can make within a certain time period.
    I suggest that 3 posts within 30 mins should be a good start as this is unlikely to affect normal users but might help to deter spammers.

    @value1 I frequently check the forum using the 'new posts' button just so that I don't miss anything.
    It's very frustrating when a spammer attacks. :mad:
