    Oculus rift cv1 users only,

I really don't like to use openvr input emulator,
because I don't want to use revive to run oculus rift game with oculus
    and there were several problems.

anyway i found that turning off positional tracking works nicely
because we don't move much when driving. when we move, the vr space
moves along my head but it is not a big problem at all on racing games.

and it is much comfortable than playing with positional tracking, without
    motion cancellation.

it is very simple to apply.
just cover sensor cameras so they cannot find where the headset is.
disconnecting sensor prevent oculus from working nomally, so
just cover senseor cameras (or camera).

I recommend you to just try it. it is not super cool, but it is quite nice.

I've tried this before and it just feels a bit odd and disconnected (no good for VR 'presence') - maybe it's just me o_O. Happy with my current stabilized camera system - works for me ...

It's a small DSLR stabilized platform that I have been using for a long time (originally had a GoPro stabilizer), From my videos you can see that it works quite well - it's in my thread - unfortunately @SilentChill tried it and for some reason it did not work well for him o_O.

Covering the camera disables all of the head tracking, or only lateral movement?
