    Those look to be wiper motors, are they ground isolated?

    It will be interesting to see how the motors cope with the load, as there is not a lot of inherent design leverage in a compact simulator.

    Have you run your sim yet and if so do you have a video of it in action?

    I made some modifications, first the sensor was not working right if it was lost according to motor rotation, I made a new Cardboard support for test. I got a better result, he even managed to move a 80kg person quietly, but my 120Kg he moved tb but had more difficulty.

    I feel the engine turning and the arm not even without weight.

    Probably the arm that connects to the engine is having friction with the motor support and it seems to have a gap, I will cut the central part of the motor support, and if it is necessary adjust the arm that goes in the motor and I constructed the part that I made of Cardboard.

    The first tests using paper as support, now seems to work better. I'll test it with weight soon.

    Those motor's will infinity Struggle to move that around with that type of balance point and your chosen pick up points, Why not build a proper Shoulder mount seat mover and those motor's might stand a chance at working.

    I am intending to use this engine that is with the pdf attached below. I put the average use of 25Nm of torque that is around 100kg since my weight is 120kg, + a 40kg of structure and 180kg bench. So I used the calculator to see if it's possible to use it.
    Confirmed my calculations on but the speed was only 9.9mm/s I intend to use between 20mm to 30mm, I do not know yet. Is this speed acceptable?

    Unfortunately I have no way to acquire these more powerful engines now, I will risk with these wiper motor, in case I do not try structural modifications and in future when I have more conditions I do something cooler. Thanks for everyone's help. As soon as I get the new things, I'll show you the result.

    Worst case if you can't change the motors and they are struggling then you can change the design to give them more leverage.

    if you think you would have problems with your motors streng, try the "shoulders mount" desingn, in that way, your motors just push your seat, insted of "actually moving up and down" the whole weight.

    At first I will get a stronger engine, because math will work, it will be a bit slower than the staff recommends, but it works afterwards over time I am improving it.

    I have a Bosch engine too.
    However he does not have much strength and could only move the seat and I want to move the entire cockpit.
    The power of yours is also low (46W). From what I have already researched here in the forum, it is necessary that the engine has at least 100w to work well.

    It is actually easier, moving the entire cockpit with bosh motor is easier than just the chair because you can do the weight distribution scheme.

    With my weight + the cockpit did not work. The engine does not have enough force to move it.

    These engines all look the same but inside changes a lot you have the reference of your engine?

    This engine that is in my now, I got the old iron I do not have the slightest idea how much he can handle, then I bought the one I indicated there, that by calculations will work in my cockpit.
