Hello all.Is frame is very high. It did so frame is more rotatable . That's the purpose. I also have a yellow staircase built up to board. By the sighted vessel in my sim controller. The top frame runs on. (My earlier used bottom. It's just so new material can still build a lot of it ). I've created a new top. Which can work per axle with two motors. Further work identie frame as the oldie. Action is. Chain can not draw! Do not know how! Difficult to draw something. The engine is small sprocket. Driving large gear slowed to 3.5 x. The transmission is adjustable from 1 to 1 to 1 to about 6. Simple motor can additionally be screwed on. Or much larger engine. On large gear is a shaft. Axle is fixed by two bearings. Between the bearings coming to the shaft an arm as well as on the drawing. This arm is a trackball. The ball joint is an arm upwards (you will not see on the drawing.) If at first somehow not in the painting ??? (I'm no expert and character flaw is sure to own. But to be okay.) And the four lower under the seat is a universal joint. And a cross there in made of 2 x 20 mm steel shafts. Bearings on my sim I've all done really strong. Of at least 550 kilograms + tax. Frame itself is 4cm square profile 3 mm thick-walled steel welded with 2 mm electrode. That's think also very strong. It is basically a very simple to move from my first sim. What did is free cad downloaded. Is a perfect sign program. I sign now of everything. Walls to bike karretjes. Can there first if you draw them to parts on demand. And later assemble into another drawing. Is who came with reality. My frame is slightly different. Do not want parts to build same as all is good. What do noorbeast asking is the rod between the steering ball joint (bottom frame) and the universal joint is above (top frame with chair) and the chains between the small and large sprocket. Furthermore, it is nothing else as the oldie. Made only as neatly as part of strong new parts. I have a extra painting for what noorbeast asked.

I just wonder if wiper motors are strong enough to move it all from side to side. Let's see.
    Good luck with your project!

Yes I hoop also it will move. But the first simulator frame it was moving my body easy. I was wondering about it! So I rebuild it, then better! :). It also support 6 motors. Every axis can have 2 motors.

I also have 3 real elevator motors. But me mate tells me. that's to dangers. It will in case anything fails a big bloody sardine like disaster. + it uses 220 volts. It also more danger. He tells dot play white elevator motors. they to power full for mistakes.

This would be the wiring for the 3 motors ?? You already tried it if it works well ??

Yes it works for me all the time.
1 All match as in the drawing.
2 Arduino software / driver install. No comport equally cecken in Arduino software right below.
    3 smc install software
4 Copy smc3.ino to your Arduino. I have done with Arduino software.
5 port well into this SMC3Utils.ini file. Search windows here.
3 Then you start smc3utils. (some more things o do!) and have fun.
4 Do not connect the main power to the driver!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First connect the pots to the arduino. And check if every axis has a moving line. This the way arduino controls/turns the motor of that axis. CENTER ALL AXIS AND POTS!!! and dubbel check working!
    5. do the motors and power connection, motor by motor and check the every time. Axis for axis. If perfect centered the motor wont turn. If you turn to put by hand. The motor going to turn.
6 that's all. if works. I do think your box o.k. then.

this is my most completed version. Use the controller for testing all building progresses if needed :). Thnx you simbuilders who made it possible!

That looks quite complex, I will be looking forward to see how it is when finished and under load.

    Building progresses:

Today the simulator can move 2 axis by computer :). While my sitting on the seat :). tomorrow I make a movie. Also connect the rotating axis. To day it was my sitting in the seat and smiling controlling the machine by mouse. I set all pwms to 200 also the reverse. Don't detect match heat and all movements working. Now I tweaking the design whit mechanical calibration system :). It works very good so far. Friends and Nabors of my are surprised. Normal building and now smiling the biggest smile. They say it was impossible to build. And it works. LoL.
But as allways. I run in to a small trouble. How do I connect a game. Have installed the software. Have a brand new project cars dvd. And an updated installed cars game. Wat must I do next to game +movement ? Project cars?

You need to host your videos somewhere else (e. g. youtube) and just add a link here.

Congratulations to the first movements of your rig. These are quite large movement angles you have. Since you wrote in the title that your rig is meant for flight simulations, this is probably not bad. For driving simulations it may be a bit too much.

And I see you try to add further immersion by simulating the exhausts of a real vehicle. Must already feel like on a formula 1 track with all the engines running. :)
