oh yes, it does. Feels naturally and helps a lot to avoid unwanted forces at the neck.

@all - the wheel is a blast. It is the reason for my absence, at the moment I spend every minute when I am off with the wheel. After some issues and wrong configuration at the beginning I could set up the optimum for driving with. I was never a good drifter, but with the DD wheel I am flying sharp and proper turns as I never did before. The wheels spins so naturally back that you have only to "brake" it a little bit before it bites into the tarmac again. Next week I will upload videos and more information. BTW did you now that the Big Mige can spin at 25 rev/s? Hopefully you put no fingers between the steering wheel spoke while spinning like hell....

PS: for security reason the rev/s is limited to "only" 12,5 rev/s and is incapable of more than 3 revolutions lock-to-lock (source by Ollie from Sim-Pli.city)

Honestly I am happy to report that after 3Dvision was no longer working for a while I could restore it (nvidia 3dvision is tricky and does not allow to work with non certified hardware, but I could fiddle out the dumb restrictions again). Now driving the OSW by doing muscle building...3dvision is close to VR, though you can see the wheel, buttons, shifter of the rig etc. while the cockpit is real which is immersive as well. The camera cannot take the 3d environment, you must see it live.

Small update, triggers/shifters from Ascher Racing and plate. The triggers are linked with the FrexGP sequentiell shifter, so no new settings in AC are needed every time when switching between the shifter. The wheel is a placeholder for a better wheel which I just did not order yet.
