Another update, all arduinos connected and recognized by windows, still got to do some finishing touch but ill wait till all is ok, another hour and 2 of the 3 main parts will be joined...to be honest, i cant believe how @SilentChill was able to do all this in bout 2 weeks!!!! it is WAY more work than i tought even if i knew it was going to take some while, one who hadnt made one doesnt know how much work this is, Grats to all who did one (Applause) but it is surely going to be woth the effort :)

I also got an e-mail yesterday from HTC that my VR helmet's order is in process... whoooooo!!!!

P.S. gonna have a permanent chrisstmas tree in my living room LOL!!

Very clean look to your "Christmas tree" don't forget to cool those mm's. They won't survive long without it. Looking forward to seeing it in action.

Can't underline it enough - w/o cooling they will suffer and die faster than you can ride your rig...

    Hey!!
Here they are !!! the "Coolers" (didnt ment to be funny with that but ...what the heck LOL)
Chineese stuff is definitly not reliable, darn, i cant finish the job as they put only 9 1/2 mounting hardware kit for 12 heat sink...at least they are wired, and the cutting to make them fit was quite some work, i had to try 3 different tools(dremel) with different attachement as they get quickly filled and dont cut, good thing i have access to a shop with lots of tools :)

For Sanding on Aluminum like that and not Flat edge shapes that a Cut off wheel could easily do, your best weapon would be a Coarse Followed by a Fine Sanding Drum, Trick is to be Patient, NOT to rush the job and Clog up the drum real quick, As if your not wise or keen to Ebay and bulk buys, Dremel Brand Name Sanding drum's will kill you in price for a 6 pack.

A 100 pack of each size/grit is what i stock now, I Blow through them faster than ever before, but for 2-3$ for 100....who the F cares....:cheers

TKS a lot guys for your appreciation of my work, YOU are very much responsible for that, i wanted a clean rig due to the fact that it was going to be in my living room, but you guys motivated me to be more precise and clean and it make me proud of myself as in the past, i would have left some rough corner out there!!

@poman , ah yeah ! I'm using 24V/20A this is 480Watt per motor, also hope so that is enough . But I think the power and the force is also depends with the gear ratio. My gear ratio is 60:1 .
