Yes! I agreed with you the plate bends and i lose detail, i am planning on upgrating the seat and i will build a new seat frame for it and at the same time i will fix the motor plate by adding tubing around the plate. I will post updates on the GS-4 G force seat replica Thread.

    Nice video.

    Nice build.

    Have you enabled the option:
    "render each screen separately"?
    In the game settings?

It is iracing you are playing if I am not mistaken.

I like to prepare the board by adding a little of solid to the area first.

I separated the wiring by Sections, all keyboards are a mix of wires per example to get a lower case letter "a" is just one wire from section A and one wire from section B if you at max you will get in between 35 to 40 buttons if you need more you can mix three wires and you will get Upper case etc...

An update on the Motors, I called "Pride health care wheelchairs" Company http://www.pridemobility.com/ to find more information regarding the motors I gave them the Model number on the motor and I found out that the motors are 24 Volts!

This is crazy the Motors are 24Volts but they are been powered by a 12 Volt power supply thru the JRKs.

Some how those motors can take 12Volts because they work perfect! they fallow the set point and they are very power full so in conclusion Wheelchair motor are 24volts but they can work with 12Volts.

I am happy with those motors.

Might shorten the life of the power supply and the jrk.

Actually, you are only going to pull 12v with the jrk, so power supply is fine. Basically you are just under powering the motors. They are designed for longer sustained usage and to push far more weight then you have so you should be fine....well see!

Can you share some price info on the gear stick?

    Also...

A inside look of the shifters mechanism (the mechanical part not the microswitches) might help some diy copying if you would be willing to share some photos.

All it is is a t shape on the shaft, when you pull back it twists and hits the flapper switch.

Yes!, I paid $50 with free shipping, but they varied from $30 to $75 dollars, go to Ebay and search on Arcade Gaming for Shifters. you will find a lot of them.

they are most of metal and they are heavy and build like a tank no spring construction all pressure driving and returns to center on the spot.

    I hope this helps!
