Sometimes it happens that the Arduino silenced and simulator are no more moves. in this case I have to disconnect the USB cable and re-pinned, restart the computer and everything works again. I use a USB cable 5m length for power Arduino and data. Would it be better to put an 12v externally power the Arduino?

Is it not a 5v power you need not 12v ?

I use a sepeartly powered 10 port USB hub.

I put external power supply for Arduino 7.5v and so far everything is OK, we will see in the coming days whether to fix the problem with silenced Arduino
    Thx for your replay

It might be that your motors are moving outside the set parameters in your arduino sketch. This would cause the arduino to stop sending positional information until it is rebooted. Check the documentation of the sketch that you are using.

The arduino has an external power supply connector which can accept 12V DC. 5v is then sourced from a regulator.
