Tapatalk not authorized at XSimulator

    Hi folks,
    On many occasions, I will connect to the forum through Tapatalk on my iPad.
    Yesterday, in my easy chair, I wanted to catch up on the forum. I clicked my icon on iPad and Tapatalk came up with a message that XSimulator is not authorizing Tapatalk and to choose other forums.

    Is this statement correct??? and if it is, is there a problem allowing Tapatalk access again?

    Hi Tom,

    the tapatalk module we are using on our site had serious security leaks. Thats why i had to disable it. I check if there is any update i consider to activate it again.

    There were serious security and privacy issues in the past with tapatalk. One of them is (i do not know if its still doing) that the tapatalk plugin is transferring user mail addresses to tapatalk servers without asking for permission.

    Thats only one of the reason why i do not use it and i am very annoyed about all this
    community websites which are trying to sell me the installation of tapatalk before i have a chance to see the search result i was looking for.

    This forum works very well without tapatalk on mobile devices.
