    Same or equal models (12V), some are stronger, you should not go over 2000lb or 750 W or 1000KG.

    Way too strong, partially 220V...
    I could not read all the specs, for traction loss you need in minimum a 12V 100W gear motor approximately 50:1 or 60:1.
    Please keep in mind the winches are slow, you need a longer lever to get the best of speed/forces. And in minimum 2 moto monster (MM) for each winch..., traction loss one MM, heave two MMs

    PS: if you can check out the winches at a local dealer I advise you to have a look at the slack of the planetary gear. Some winches have more slack other less.

    more is worse...
    seems to be OK. The type is always the same, sometimes different gears so some have more or less slack.
    They are cheap (aliexpress) order 2 more...sometimes they are faulty (depends the dealer...) or you do not attention while soldering...(most issues of beginners)
    MM + Arduino OR jrk. Jrk's are controller and driver all in one jrk's are great but limited in high current (and winches need much power). You do not need coding, all codes are already available.

    not exactly defined...? You need 10k potentiometer, 1 or multi turn, depends your setup.
    The MMs are the h-bridge (already)

    1x Oculus rift dk2 - If you don't own a DK2 already then my advice would be to wait, as the consumer version will be released in the first quarter 2016.

    I expect it won't be much longer before Oculus opens up pre-orders, to try and get out in front of the HTC/Valve Vive being release last quarter 2015.

    I would also encourage you to research both VR HMDs carefully prior to making a decision. At this stage it seems that both are very close screen wise, the Vive is known to have an input solution, but the big question will be around what content will run. At this stage Valve is taking an open approach, so expect Steam VR to run Rift enabled games, but not the other way around. How well the Vive will run Rift enabled games is not yet known.

    i will go with ardurinos and MMs.
    We were just talking about the frame with friends and they said about using 2xSCN5 s from http://frex.xsrv.jp/gpshop/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=1_39&products_id=214 shoulder mounted and 2x winches for traction loss and heave. is that possible ? can they work harmonicly ? i can imagine they can work efficient together. does winches fast enough like actuators ? or is it all about gears ?
    I will check the local dealer about the winches slack in a few days.

    Do SCN5s are better seatshaker or they are just expensive.

    @Ministrinity did you bought the SCN5's from frexgp or just looked for them.
    i have made my own list just to see the pricing which includes,

    @noorbeast i just looked for Steam VR , it looks promising.As you said,i think we are going to wait for consumer version.We will be using friends dk1 for the begining and maybe one screen only.

    So,tomarrow i am going to start to order ardurinos and mms and the seat to start.
    i already have driving force gt wheel,i will use it for a while i think.Then the frame is coming soon with drawings.

    - traction loss does not need any winches.
    - each motor works independent of other motors, no matter you are using.
    - winches are fast reacting but slower turning, so the lever has to be longer as usual (~13cm)
    no, probably SNC5 user can help you here.

    @Pit The link is general look of the product.I have talked with them about the specs and managed to find the 12v motor with the specs i have listed before.

    checked the link you gave,they are the same company.

    What do you think about the design ? i have find an arduino r3 in local dealer.will that be enough ?

    If you are using the SMC3 code each Ard supports max 3 motors. Sometimes it makes sense of using two Arduinos depending the distance between the motors.

    Depends your skill level, dou you mean a 2DOF motion platform? If so I would suggest to build a seat mover and NOT a 2DOF motion platform.
    Too cheesy, only for testing purposes...

    i dont have the skill but i have the confidence.i am not an engineer or anything but i have repaired almost all phones,leptops,builded pc's,designed a rc car and builded .i know lots of mechanical things about cars and planes.i would love to be engineer but i could not.

    @Pit is right, you need to read the forum to get some basic knowledge, I think I'd read 60% of the forum (took me some months) before asking my first question, and even that way I'm a total newbie :).
    For me was a question of respect to the rest of the people in the forum, to show that I have real interest and not wanting to get things done without any effort.
    You will find lots of building logs, lots of problems and fixes, different opinions, links to any hardware used, and even reviews of them, and finally and most important, people like @Pit and others that are willing to help you!
