I would say greater then 1500 at this point.

Servo and parts from Granite alone were 647$ - Servo, USB, 4x Cooling blocks and the Big Resistor
Motor Delivered from Chine the smaller Mige was 381$
    NRG Quick Release was 82$
Discovery board and the breakout board from the guy on the forums, sorry i can remember his name was 75$
Wires that I forgot to order from Mige and China were 45$ - ask for these when you order the motor , they are 15$ but shipping was another 30$
The motor mount was 101$ delivered
    The case was 87$ delivered
Hub for the motor to connect to my 3d printed coupler between the quick release was 12$
----I did however buy a CTC 3D Printer for the cause, that was another 600+....will use this for other things as well such as potentiometer boxes with an arm from the motor gear blocks we are all starting to use it seems.
Small power supply for the Argon was around 15$
other odds and ends were prob another 50 to 100

I already had a wheel when I started so I didnt need to order that but figure 50$ on up, use your immagination.

You forgot to factor in medical insurance for this potential wrist breaker ;)

Seriously though while it is not cheap I suspect it would not only perform realistically but would also last for ages.

Made some progress this weekend. Drilled out some of the holes and started adding in parts. Had a few times where the 3d printer came in handy. Made a custome washer on the e-stop because I bored a hole too large. Made a bolt down clamp of the power supply. Made a fitting for the usb ports.

Man o man I could only imagine the little unique parts and brackets you can make with a printer on hand, I've often think of building one.....maybe one day. :think

    Super !!

The 3D printer is great, but you need a little son to be precise

I do not speak English, it is the google translation, sorry

I mean, to be precise with a 3D printer, you have to adjust the advance of plastic and have a son not too thick

I do not know if this new sentence with google translation will be better lol

I'm not sure what you mean. I made my parts to 3mm thickness with intention.
