I plan on posting some more pictures when I get my homework done for the night. the space is the major downer but I can't be bummed my wife let me have a whole room :D. Also allowing people of very different proportions be able to fit comfortably is a high priority also.

If you are looking for a cheap and strong motion rig I think that the worm gear motor is the best solution you can find. SCN are expensive, and you can not use the cheaper ones, the SCN5, so think about it.

Really not tripping about the cost at the moment. I am just looking for strong and fast. Since I am a big guy and looking to build the impossible seat mover for big people it's looking like. Just trying to see what is out there and work back from that.

I'm always surprised by the misinformation that seems to get around that motors/worm gears are not fast or strongo_O.

Nothing wrong with worm gear motors @SeatTime , I am advsing what would be a good course of action, thats all.
@leemstradamus , a desk racer with 60:1 boxes, 50 mm CTC levers would move you. I am only suggesting a shoulder mount if its viable.
It does not look like that , so go for a desk racer design. I would suggest this, make the frame where the motors connect higher up to help get nearer the centre of gravity.
Try and use a light seat, like 10kg or under to reduce overall weight.

Sorry if I was giving the impression that worm gears were slow. @Nick Moxley showed me some videos that killed any notion of that for me lol.

I was trying to say my priority is strong fast motors. Don't care what they are as long as the get the job done.

Awesome my seat is around that weight. I got the Corbeau FX1 Pro Racing Seat wide it is right around that weight. One thing down!

Here are some more pictures of my setup. You can maybe see better from these the lack of space I have lol.

Given the space limitation a desk racer style is an option so do consider the points made by @bsft and myself regarding what to consider in making it work.

No, the motors you linked to are 24V, 100W and 30rm. I already used Motion Dynamic as an example of suitable 60:1 DC motors but I have no idea where you are geographically located in the world: http://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/looking-to-get-into-motion.6525/#post-72166

If you can tell us what region of the world you live in we can perhaps suggest a source of similar motors.

    PGsaw to the rescue, Lol.

While some angle's might not be 100% ideal, We can easily get you movin on 50:1's on a shoulder design with your space constraints. Clever usage of lever length and your speeds will be right up there. Sure Not AS fast as a 25:1 box, but understanding the load differences, there has to be a little give way here or there.
