I have no idea if "Hawken" is suitable for motion with Simtools, but I think that it is something different and might appeal as a change from motor racing or flight sims. Could the "people who know" give it a look please and see if it is feasible?

Its a first person shooter and would be interesting with a desk racer and using keyboard and mouse.

It certainly would add diversity. I have messed with Hawken on the Rift but never seriously got into it passed that. But from my limited play it did seem a pretty good addition to the mech genre.

I can just imagine it with the Rift and VoiceAttack. VoiceAttack lets you voice control ingame actions: http://www.voiceattack.com/

VoiceAttack has many sim possibilities and in my view is well worth the cost.

Here is an example my eldest son made with VoiceAttack, where he created an AI like environment for Star Citizen, which would be equally cool with Hawken:

    Hmmm…
This will be an issue for hooking into the game. Unless they provide some sort of stable motion data interface it will be a pain to keep up with the development CryingSmileySmall.gif

    It would indeed @value1

I have emailed the developer, Adhesive Games, asking if it would be at all possible to create a stable motion data interface, as Hawken is still under active development, acknowledging up front that it may not be, depending on the code base.
